4. Purchases & Payments

When you buy something from us (like a book or a challenge), you agree to provide accurate info and pay the listed price. We use trusted third-party providers (like Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal) to securely process payments.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase with us!

Here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Physical Products (e.g. Books, Workbooks)

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on all physical items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected:

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order at [email protected] Include your order number and a photo of the item We’ll either offer a replacement or refund—your choice!

Please note:

We do not accept returns for change of mind, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.

Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds for digital items once they’ve been downloaded or accessed.

Courses, Challenges & Memberships

Because these experiences are rich with value (and often include instant access), we do not offer refunds unless stated otherwise in the offer terms. However, if you have feedback or something didn’t meet your expectations, please email us—we genuinely care and want to make things right if we can.
